Investigating - Please be advised that we are aware of the recent PHP2Shell vulnerability disclosure. We can confirm that no BR-DGE systems are impacted by this and no remedial action is required by any of our merchants.

Revolut Degraded Performance
Resolved - This incident is resolved. Revolut's cloud infrastructure provider has now recovered and
our monitoring shows Revolut is operating normally.

Update - While the recovery is in progress, we are aware that some Revolut Pay transaction approvals via the Revolut app are timing out. We are monitoring closely and will provide an update once we can confirm a full recovery.

Update - We are seeing signs of recovery following the network outage at Revolut's cloud infrastructure provider.
We are aware that some Revolut Pay transactions may remain in a pending state while Revolut completes its recovery. We are monitoring closely and will provide an update as we receive confirmation.

Monitoring - Revolut has advised that a network outage at its cloud infrastructure provider is affecting EU-West regions, and Revolut Pay transactions and transactions across all PSPs using Revolut-issued cards may fail or be delayed.
Revolut is monitoring the situation and has activated its business continuity plan. We are monitoring alongside them and will provide updates as we have them.
